Step 1.) Buy a chisel and 2-400 of each gem from "BOB" the skiller npc (In Varrock out home area)

Step 2.) Get the "sapphire" gems and cut them all.

Step 3.) repeat this process with "emerald", "ruby", "diamond", and last but not least "dragonstone".

(note: you may or may not get 99 during this if no is the case then buy more stones.)
